DoorFlow2 Cold Store
Biddle's DoorFlow2 Cold Store air curtains are built to deliver superior climate separation in supermarket cold stores, preventing warmer ambient air from mixing with the colder air inside chilled and frozen storage areas.
How it works:
- Climate separation – Creates a barrier of ambient-temperature air across the doorway, stopping warm air entering or mixing with the cold store

Ambient Discharge
The unit is designed to emit ambient-temperature air and should always be installed on the ambient side of the cold store or chilled room.

Vertical & Horizontal Orientation
The DF2 CS can be mounted up to 2.5m and is available for both vertical and horizontal installation. All units are compatible with universal fixing systems, allowing longitudinal adjustment for a flush fit.

Patented Rectifier Technology
The DF2 CS is fitted with a rectifier, a technology that increases the length of the airstream by 40%, as verified by the TNO research centre. It produces a straight, convergent airstream along the full width of the opening to eliminate convection, and starts automatically on door opening with a built-in time delay.

Optical Door Switch
This control constantly scans the door position, running the air curtain whenever the door is open to stop outside heat mixing in and maintain climate separation.
