At Biddle, we believe in offering our customers maximum value with minimal waste. Biddle is involved in an ongoing streamlining exercise covering all processes. Production and assembly are devised in accordance with the Lean Manufacturing principles. In doing so, Biddle commits to reducing lead time and avoiding waste. This has already resulted in an increase in production of no less than 40%. As a result, our customers enjoy optimal services.

Quality
Quality is our top priority. This is the reason all our products are developed on the basis of thorough research and undergo extensive tests. Our products are made of high-quality components, sound sheet metal and modern control equipment. Our company is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified, which means that we guarantee our products are of outstanding quality and environmentally friendly. Furthermore, our products are approved in accordance with the strictest standards and comply with the relevant CE directives.

Guarantee
The standard warranty period is 3 years for all products* (one year parts & labour and two years parts only) from date of delivery and subject to correct installation, commissioning, operation and service/maintenance procedures as identified in the Installation, Operating & Maintenance manuals (* excluding gas-fired units and CWC - Chilled Water Cassettes, which are 1 year parts and labour from date of delivery).

Service
In situations where problems with products occur our service department will organize a fully qualified engineer to visit site and carry our repairs and/or remedial works.
