Biddle builds its sales team in the UK
Biddle has appointed Andrew Boothroyd as Regional Director Biddle UK with immediate effect.
Andrew brings more than 20 years of experience, gained predominantly in the HVAC industry, where he started his career as an apprentice refrigeration engineer.
In his most recent role, as Service & Energy Upgrade Director for Armstrong Fluid Technology, Andrew was responsible for leading the UK service and energy retrofit businesses, significantly growing sales and developing the customer experience and customer value proposition.
Andrew said: “I have worked in a variety of roles within the HVAC industry and have been fortunate to be able to grow throughout my career from starting as an apprentice to completing an MBA. I am sure my experience of the market and industry will be a great benefit as I work together with the Biddle sales team to develop our sales approach and customer proposition in the UK.
“Biddle is a well-recognised and established brand in the market, with ambitions for growth which align well with my own personal goals. I am excited by the opportunities ahead and look forward to working with the Biddle team to improve the customer experience and in turn grow sales,” he added.
Andrew will be responsible for the Biddle sales teams in the UK.

Andrew, graduated with an MBA from Manchester Business School in 2016 and has worked in a number of different roles in the HVAC industry throughout his career.
Away from work, Andrew enjoys going to the gym, cross fit and watching rugby.
Biddle, is part of The Carver Group, which has ambitious plans to double in size over the next five years through organic growth and carefully selected acquisitions.
The group centrally manages competence centres for research and development, manufacturing and project management in order to create innovative heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) solutions for a wide range of market sectors including retail, industry and the public sector.
As well as having its headquarters in Walsall in the UK, it has representation in 50 countries and offices in Germany, France, the Netherlands, and Canada.
