Nationwide customer support and technical back-up is provided by the Company’s team of people based at Nuneaton, and by our external sales force who are skilled in providing solutions specific to each customer’s requirements. We endeavour to provide comprehensive technical information in all our brochures, manuals and technical documentation, and much of this can be accessed via this website.
In situations where problems with products occur our service department will organize a fully qualified engineer to visit site and carry our repairs and/or remedial works.
Both manufacturing facilities are fully accredited to the highest quality management standards, with the Nuneaton factory already certified to ISO 9001:2000 and the environmental standard ISO 14001:2004. All products are run-tested prior to dispatch to ensure complete trust can be placed in the reliance of our products.
